I am a full time Realtor in the greater Bradenton, Florida area. My roots were in the north where I have been in sales all my life. For the past 14 years I have been a Realtor in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area. In 2017 my wife Pat and I made the Sunshine state our permanent home. I now am proud to be associated with the top producing real estate company, Wagner Realty. My conduct is based on strict  adherence to the National Association of Realtor's Code of Ethics.
